trainings for past week

i just had a hard week of training and coaching...

last thursday: 1200m x 8 times....

coached asked me to go at a easy pace of 5:18 per set... and this was what i did... first set 5:15 min... second to seventh sets all at 5:17 mins... and last set 4:46 min...

shocked coach and vivian who was doing the timing for me.. ahah.., they were amazed how i can keep my pace so accurately at 5:17min... though not too fast.. but was quite interesting!!! thanks to coach who gave me a relatively easy pace to go at and thanks to vivian for taking the timings for me!!! anyway Vivian won the JP morgan 5 km race!!! way to go girl!!! u improved a lot in a short time! this proves that coach and you are working towards the correct direction! i foresee a 2 hr 40 min from you for gold coast marathon.. hahah...

sat was woking workout... and i took more than 60 pictures .. but cannot upload everything... so i just upload a few here though!!...and marcus doing the lunges...and atiqi... one of the leanest and does the most weights in our team...illyas... haha ...
and JJ pretending there was weight bar...and our coach....!next up is JOE....!and me....and them doing the sit ups...and atiqi with his pacs!!! hahaah i purposely took this photo to show Illyas!and fanning service is also available...and the skinniest person in the team... i feel so fat in front of JOE!and some photos of us after training...and wat is joe trying to do behind... extra!and the guys.... just SHUT UP AND TRAIn... written on the waterbottle... signalling to those athletes who talk more than they train...and then another picture before they went on to play frisbee..
and frisbee time!and then the following day... sunday ... it was a good 1.5 hours easy run at macritchie... i ran with a slightly newly injured left ankle! hate injuries!
