results shown above have shown one thing:

My legs and arms are meant for swimming and running. Not meant for cycling.

Well short-cut: I din train for this race. I cycled 2 times out of 6 times and most of the time my bike was at home resting and trapping dust. hence, suffering on the bike for this race was well deserved suffering for me. I had been too lazy to train for the race.

Well the good thing is : My run had been good and i felt really strong in the run. next is, my swim is rather maintaining at the usual speed though I had been in and out of the water coaching only and not training.

The race was good. In fact, I felt it was quite well organised.

Friday: Race expo. Went to race expo to collect race pack and headed down to East coast for the race briefing and dinner:) Met YC, my ex cycling coach:)

the carbo loading dinner was not that tasteful. It was really practically carbo loading. Filled with sphagetti, bee Hoon, rice, one meat and one vege dish... stomach Din feel quite satisfied after that.. but obviously meeting with friends have filled my mood of racing to a higher level:)

opps...now going meeting continue later:)
