Saturday was a boring day for me... early in the morning had training... then went back to work place... Keming pri tp register my students for the upcoming track and field meet... and then supposed to meet SHU... something i was looking forward to... but realised got a lot of work to do... then in the end, spent the day doing work ...my sister kindly accompanied me to queensway shopping centre to have my new specs made.. something which i regretted a lot.. i din walk ard much.. just went into one shop and take one and made it... then after walking ard.. i found out that many other shops are selling cheaper and nicer ones!
anyway it was a nice outing with Junko... been a long time since i went out with her together... and then we ate the most unhealthy food... laksa and curry!!!
and thats the end of the day... i sent junko to tuition, went back home and knocked out... then met her for supper at jp mac and then went home and knocked out again...and Sunday was progressive 20km... did an easy and light jogging.. finished it in 1 hour 53 min..
