Today's training was at Singapore POly stadium..

drills and stridings
8 x 500m (1min 45sec pace) rest 3 mins btw
cool down
I thought i could finish.. but i kept going to the toilet during the rest time... i had diahhroea... and in the end.. i stopped after the 7th time... coach said it was fine as long as i did the 7 times with good timings.. yeah.. thanks coach for the understanding...
tomorrow is going to be easy run and then sat woking workout and sunday farklek workout at mac... going to be pretty tough training before the KL marathon...
