training at CCAB - Thursday
recovery short workout
instead of the 1200m x 8 times
coach gave me
1200m - 5min
1000m - 4min 10secs
800m - 3min 20secs
400m - 1min 40secs
this is the set pace and i successfully managed to hit on target every set:) coach was with smiles at the end of the day
preparing for next Thursday's time trial - 1.6km x 4sets with 90seconds rest
to predict my current 5km timing...
